When Mike from ENGEL UK got in touch, the brief was clear: capture their very first Customer Care: A Service & Digital Showcase and make it memorable. As their first event of this kind, it was important to document it in a way that reflected its innovation, energy, and impact.
We filmed a series of live product demonstrations, covering everything from everyday functionality to how the team handles faults and troubleshooting, providing an authentic look into their customer care process. But beyond the practical, we focused on storytelling: capturing the buzz of the day, the atmosphere of collaboration, and the hands-on workshops that kept attendees engaged from start to finish.
The final video showcased not just what the company does, but how it feels to be part of their world. It highlighted their commitment to customer experience, training, and digital innovation. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and the client was thrilled with how the event was brought to life on screen.
Following the success of the showcase, the team is now looking to expand their video content including corporate films, customer case studies, and a series of internal training and promotional assets. We’re excited to continue the journey with them.
